News from the Palmira Master Homeowners’ Association
 Vision 2020

A vote on a Resolution of the Board of Directors (see Resolution here) was taken and adopted, with all in favor.

The Board also approved the proposal by Humphrey-Rosal Architects as to fee, scope and services.

Further, motions were made to accept the proposals to add a tennis court and two pickle ball and bocce courts (see U.S. Tennis estimates here).  Set aside was the grandstand and other viewing amenities until the renovation of the kitchen and wellness center is complete.

The Master has assembled documents and information to complete a Common Interest Community Loan with Mutual of Omaha.  With the Board’s adopted Resolution, this loan application can now be submitted.  It is expected that the approval process will take three to four weeks.
